Q. Is breakfast included ?
A. We
provide a breakfast hamper, on arrival,
consisting of fresh fruit, juice, cereals, muesli, milk, bacon &
eggs, bread, croissants & jams.
Q. Is
linen provided ?
A. Yes, we provide bed linen, bath towels, bathrobes &
complimentary slippers.
Q. Do you cater for children ?
A. The Bower is designed for couples [to have a break from
the kids] and therefore is not suitable for children.
Q. What cooking facilities do you have ?
A. Each
Bower is designed to be completely self contained with its own private
kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher
plus a BBQ on the timber deck.
Q. Do
you have TV & Video's ?
A. Your
Bower has free to air TV [ABC, WIN, Prime, Ten & SBS] available
[plus a DVD & CD player. VHS video is also available by advance
request [to re-live that wedding video]
Q. Do
you have Broadband access ?
A. Yes,
[in case you need it] we have broadband in the office [and we're experimenting
with an omni-directional aerial to transmit broadband to/from the Premium
Spa Bowers]
Q. Do you
have Pay TV We don't have Pay TV in the Bowers
A. No we don't have
Pay TV in your Bower, but it is available at our local Sports &
social club, if you wish to watch your favorite footy game.
Q. Do I need to
bring my hairdryer ?
A. No, your bathroom has a wall mounted hair dryer
Q. What heating is provided ?
A. Your
Bower has a slow combustion wood log fire supplemented by a thermostatically
controlled electric wall heater with built-in fan. Electric blankets
and heated towel rails ensure your stay is cosy, even on the chilliest
coastal winter nights. The Premium Spa Bowers are also equipped with
air conditoning units.
Q. What cooling is provided in summer ?
A. The Bower has been architecturally designed with a louvre
ventilation system to circulate the air flow, supplemented
when necessary with electric fans.
Q. Does the Bower provide access for the disabled ?
A. The design of the Bower incorporates an entrance ramp
which reduces the need for steps. However, this could
only be described as 'partial' disabled access, at best.

Q. What pantry items do you provide ?
A. A selection of teas and coffee, sugar, salt & pepper,
oil & vinegar and sauces.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept ?
A. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Diners
Club, as well as Cheque & Money Order.
Q. How can I secure my reservation ?
A. Email us with
your preferred dates and confirming the number of guests.
We will promptly advise availability and can supply a
reservation confirmation slip for you to complete and
return to secure your reservation.
Q. What
else should we bring ?
A. Depending
on what activities you plan during your stay, you might want to bring
beach towels, beach umbrella, boots or shoes suitable for bushwalking,
a picnic basket, sporting
equipment such as fishing rods, golf clubs, tennis racquets, snorkeling
gear, binoculars for bird watching [or just a good book to relax with
by the fireplace]. Insect repellant and torches are provided but feel
free to bring your own.
