Nightly Rate

• Premium Spa Bower [1 bedroom] Aud $500 per couple per night
• Private Spa Bower [1 bedroom] Aud $400 per couple per night
• Double Bedroom Spa Bower [2 bedroom] Aud $500 per couple per night

Weekend Packages
[4pm Friday to 10am Monday, outside of school, public holidays, local festival and other high demand weekends]

• Premium Spa Bower [1 bedroom] Aud $690 per couple for up to 3 nights

• Private Spa Bower [1 bedroom] Aud $590 per couple for up to 3 nights

• 2 Bedroom Spa Bower Aud $690 for 2 x couples for up to 3 nights

Midweek Packages
[Monday to Thursday nights, outside of school, public holidays, local festival and other high demand weekends]

Premium Spa Bower [1 bedroom]

• Aud $390 for 1 couple per night

• $490 for 1 couple for 2 nights

• $590 for 1 couple for 3 nights

• $690 for 1 couple for 4 nights

Private Spa Bower [1 bedroom]

• Aud $300 per couple per night

• $350 per couple for 2 nights

• $450 per couple for 3 nights

• $550 per couple for 4 nights

Two Bedroom Spa Bower

• Aud $400 for 1 or 2 x couples per night

• $490 for 1 or 2 x couples for 2 nights

• $590 for 1 or 2 x couples for 3 nights

• $690 for 1 or 2 x couples for 4 nights

• Premium 1 Bed Spa Bower Aud $1,500 per couple for 7 nights

• Private 1 Bed Spa Bower Aud $1,100 per couple for 7 nights

• 2 Bedroom Spa Bower Aud $1,500 for 1 or 2 x couples for 7 nights

  Please Note:

• On public holiday weekends and for the Autumn, Winter & Spring school holidays, a minimum 4 night stay applies with a tariff of $195 per night [one bedroom Private Spa Bower] & $245 per night [one bedroom Premium Spa Bower & 2 bedroom Blue Bower].
• For the Summer school holidays, a minimum 5 night stay applies with a tariff of $245 per night [one bedroom Private Spa Bower] & $295 per night [one bedroom Premium Spa Bower & 2 bedroom Blue Bower].
• Surcharges may apply for checkin & check-out on Saturdays & Sundays

Conditions

• The prices above include GST
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• We reserve the right to require bookings to be contiguous with prior and following guest bookings during peak holiday times throught the year.
• In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded, less any costs incurred by us, if your booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. [If less than 14 days notice is given, your deposit will be refunded, less costs, if we are able to relet the accommodation].
• Check-in time is after 4 p.m.
• Check-out time is 10 a.m. (unless special arrangements are made)

Whilst we endeavour to assist with any difficulties you may have with your booking, please understand that The Bower depends solely on advance bookings and therefore we must enforce our cancellation policy as outlined above. Should there be any risk of cancelling or changing your booking at short notice, we strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance cover.
